As an ISO and FDA certified organization, we undergo routine audits and inspections by outside authorities to make certain we continue to provide the best equipment, service, and support possible.
We have an exceptional service team that can help maintain, repair and service your nuclear medicine and molecular imaging equipment. Our service department is composed of 45+ OEM Certified Engineers that each average more than 18 years of experience across all OEMs in SPECT, SPECT/CT, PET, PET/CT, and CT imaging. Our dedicated Applications Specialists are available for support that includes quick and secure remote access. Our remote access capabilities allows our team to prevent equipment downtime and make any necessary corrections. In turn, our customers and their patients benefit from a quicker response time in order to maximize equipment performance and produce high-quality images.
Annual Service Agreements
We offer full coverage annual service and support agreements that guarantee 98% equipment uptime and include all the service, parts, labor, clinical training, and applications support. All maintenance and repair costs within the agreement will be covered including the planned preventative maintenance and any unplanned downtime.
Time & Materials
Access to the nation’s best support is available on an as-needed basis with our Time and Materials service. Our OEM Certified Engineers are available to provide the assistance and expertise required for equipment removals, installations, inspection reports, and troubleshooting.
Preventative Maintenance
Schedule your equipment Preventative Maintenance with our dedicated service team. PMs can be scheduled and completed outside your normal operating hours if necessary in order to maximize your equipment uptime.
